Returns or Exchanges may not be accepted except for our wrong shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided, No Refunds.

We don't accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

You understand and agree that We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused by the shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. After shipping your order, we will give you the tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

When canceling an order paid with PayPal We will refund after deducting the handling fee (3.6% + 40 yen).
